The four quls are just four surahs (chapters) of the Quran that begin with the word Qul. These four surahs are: Surah Ikhlas. Surah Al-Kafirun. Surah Nas. Surah Falaq. These surahs are among the shortest surahs in the entire Quran making them relatively easy to memorize. They are 4-6 ayats (lines) long.
